Day Eight (Friday)
Breakfast:
Half cup of coffee
dry cereal
Lunch:
English Muffin with same ole stuff
water
homemade peanut butter cup
milk (lactose free 2%)
Dinner:
Guacamole and queso leftovers with chips
water
milk
Exercise:
Walked approx. one mile at the dog park with Athena and Rick and his two dogs
Day Nine (Saturday)
Breakfast:
dry cereal
coffee
water
Lunch:
English muffin same ole style
water
raspberry lemonade
Dinner:
One five layer burrito from taco bell
water
limeade
Misc:
Pistachios around 10pm with two water bottles
Exercise:
8 minute abs video
